Supplies:
glass accents
thumbtacks with a flat head
rhinestones
tacky glue
jewelry glue
  
Use a small amount of jewelry glue on the rhinestone and place on top of glass accent. Let it completely dry. Dab some tacky glue onto the flat head of the thumbtack. Let is dry completely before using.
