Create Everyday

These stars are very easy to make and can be used for many different occasions. Pick red, white and blue for Memorial Day or Fourth of July, use the colors of your school for a graduation party or silver for New Years. They are cut from card stock paper. You could cut different size stars and use the smaller ones for name plates. Paper Stars

Here is an easy way to add a little sparkle to your summer parties. I found these small paper lanterns at Michaels Craft store and sprayed one coat of glitter spray paint on the outside of the paper lantern and then added a battery operated tea light inside.  Glitter Paper Lantern with a light

My son loves books. His High School was throwing away old reference books so he brought them home. He knew I would try to make something with them. I made one book into a tree. You can use it on your table for any holiday. Paint it green for Christmas, blue for Hanukkah, pink for Easter etc...or leave it black and white for any day. Table Decoration Supplies: old book, large telephone book or magazine spray paint (optional) Take an old book and cut off the front and back cover. Then start to fold each corner into the center, do this to every page. You can use a butter knife to smooth out the fold. Once done, spray paint it any color or leave it black and white.

Orange and Basil Aperitif Craft 80 of 100   15 fresh basil leaves 1 naval orange, thinly sliced into half -moons 18 oz Dubonnet Rouge wine 12 oz seltzer water chilled   Gently muddle basil and orange with a wooden spoon or muddler until basil is barely bruised but fragrant. stir in wine, and let sit at least 15 minutes and up to 2 hours.
